Stanza 6.13.1

त्वद्विश्वा॑ सुभग॒ सौभ॑गा॒न्यग्ने॒ वि य॑न्ति व॒निनो॒ न व॒याः | श्रु॒ष्टी र॒यिर्वाजो॑ वृत्र॒तूर्ये॑ दि॒वो वृ॒ष्टिरीड्यो॑ री॒तिर॒पाम् ||

tvád víśvā subhaga saúbhagāny ágne ví yanti vaníno ná vayā́ḥ śruṣṭī́ rayír vā́jo vr̥tratū́rye divó vr̥ṣṭír ī́ḍyo rītír apā́m

O Agni, you auspicious one, all prosperity flows from you, like branches from a tree. You bring us wealth, strength in battle against enemies, the rain from heaven, and the flow of waters, and you are worthy of adoration.

Stanza 6.13.2

त्वं भगो॑ न॒ आ हि रत्न॑मि॒षे परि॑ज्मेव क्षयसि द॒स्मव॑र्चाः | अग्ने॑ मि॒त्रो न बृ॑ह॒त ऋ॒तस्यासि॑ क्ष॒त्ता वा॒मस्य॑ देव॒ भूरेः॑ ||

tvám bhágo na ā́ hí rátnam iṣé párijmeva kṣayasi dasmávarcāḥ ágne mitró ná br̥hatá r̥tásyā́si kṣattā́ vāmásya deva bhū́reḥ

You, O Agni, are like Bhaga for us, bringing wealth. You reside with wondrous splendor, like the surrounding atmosphere. You are like Mitra, a friend to the great cosmic order (Rta), the controller of abundant riches, O divine one.

Stanza 6.13.3

स सत्प॑तिः॒ शव॑सा हन्ति वृ॒त्रमग्ने॒ विप्रो॒ वि प॒णेर्भ॑र्ति॒ वाज॑म् | यं त्वं प्र॑चेत ऋतजात रा॒या स॒जोषा॒ नप्त्रा॒पां हि॒नोषि॑ ||

sá sátpatiḥ śávasā hanti vr̥trám ágne vípro ví paṇér bharti vā́jam yáṁ tvám praceta r̥tajāta rāyā́ sajóṣā náptrāpā́ṁ hinóṣi

He, the master of beings, with strength slays Vritra. O Agni, the wise one brings wealth, seizing it from the Panis. Whom you, O wise one, born of cosmic order, O divine one, with wealth and in communion with the waters, do you inspire.

Stanza 6.13.4

यस्ते॑ सूनो सहसो गी॒र्भिरु॒क्थैर्य॒ज्ञैर्मर्तो॒ निशि॑तिं वे॒द्यान॑ट् | विश्वं॒ स दे॑व॒ प्रति॒ वार॑मग्ने ध॒त्ते धा॒न्यं१॒॑ पत्य॑ते वस॒व्यैः॑ ||

yás te sūno sahaso gīrbhír ukthaír yajñaír márto níśitiṁ vedyā́naṭ víśvaṁ sá deva práti vā́ram agne dhatté dhānyàm pátyate vasavya .ìḥ

O Agni, Son of Strength, the mortal who with hymns, chants, and sacrifices attracts your attention, receives every precious thing. O God, you uphold and protect it, and gain sustenance and wealth.

Stanza 6.13.5

ता नृभ्य॒ आ सौ॑श्रव॒सा सु॒वीराग्ने॑ सूनो सहसः पु॒ष्यसे॑ धाः | कृ॒णोषि॒ यच्छव॑सा॒ भूरि॑ प॒श्वो वयो॒ वृका॑या॒रये॒ जसु॑रये ||

tā́ nŕ̥bhya ā́ sauśravasā́ suvī́rā́gne sūno sahasaḥ puṣyáse dhāḥ kr̥ṇóṣi yác chávasā bhū́ri paśvó váyo vŕ̥kāyāráye jásuraye

Grant us, O Agni, Son of Strength, through your power, sons and progeny with great fame. You increase them. You, by your strength, provide abundant food even for the hungry wolf and the wicked.

Stanza 6.13.6

व॒द्मा सू॑नो सहसो नो॒ विहा॑या॒ अग्ने॑ तो॒कं तन॑यं वा॒जि नो॑ दाः | विश्वा॑भिर्गी॒र्भिर॒भि पू॒र्तिम॑श्यां॒ मदे॑म श॒तहि॑माः सु॒वीराः॑ ||

vadmā́ sūno sahaso no víhāyā ágne tokáṁ tánayaṁ vājí no dāḥ víśvābhir gīrbhír abhí pūrtím aśyām mádema śatáhimāḥ suvī́rāḥ

O eloquent Agni, Son of Strength, do not neglect us; grant us offspring and progeny, and vigorous sustenance. May I, through all my hymns, attain abundance. May we rejoice, with heroic descendants, for a hundred years.
