त्वद्विश्वा॑ सुभग॒ सौभ॑गा॒न्यग्ने॒ वि य॑न्ति व॒निनो॒ न व॒याः | श्रु॒ष्टी र॒यिर्वाजो॑ वृत्र॒तूर्ये॑ दि॒वो वृ॒ष्टिरीड्यो॑ री॒तिर॒पाम् ||
tvád víśvā subhaga saúbhagāny ágne ví yanti vaníno ná vayā́ḥ śruṣṭī́ rayír vā́jo vr̥tratū́rye divó vr̥ṣṭír ī́ḍyo rītír apā́m
O Agni, you auspicious one, all prosperity flows from you, like branches from a tree. You bring us wealth, strength in battle against enemies, the rain from heaven, and the flow of waters, and you are worthy of adoration.
This verse addresses Agni, the god of fire, acknowledging him as the source of all prosperity and blessings. The poet uses a simile, comparing these blessings to branches stemming from a tree. These blessings include wealth, strength in battle, the life-giving rain, and the flow of water, all of which are attributes of Agni.

You, O Agni, are like Bhaga for us, bringing wealth. You reside with wondrous splendor, like the surrounding atmosphere. You are like Mitra, a friend to the great cosmic order (Rta), the controller of abundant riches, O divine one.
This verse continues to praise Agni, equating him with the divine portion (Bhaga) and a source of wealth. Agni's presence is described as all-encompassing, like the air. He is also likened to Mitra, a god of friendship, and the controller of the cosmic order (Rta). He is the bestower of abundant blessings.

He, the master of beings, with strength slays Vritra. O Agni, the wise one brings wealth, seizing it from the Panis. Whom you, O wise one, born of cosmic order, O divine one, with wealth and in communion with the waters, do you inspire.
This verse describes Agni as a powerful protector and provider. He is a "master of beings" (satpatiḥ) who, with his might (śavasā), slays the obstacle (Vritra). Agni, the wise and radiant one, is also depicted as bringing forth wealth, specifically from the avaricious Panis. yás te sūno sahaso gīrbhír ukthaír yajñaír márto níśitiṁ vedyā́naṭ víśvaṁ sá deva práti vā́ram agne dhatté dhānyàm pátyate vasavya .ìḥ
O Agni, Son of Strength, the mortal who with hymns, chants, and sacrifices attracts your attention, receives every precious thing. O God, you uphold and protect it, and gain sustenance and wealth.
This verse extols Agni as the one who is attracted by hymns, chants, and sacrifices. A person who brings these offerings to Agni, the "Son of Strength," receives his favor. Agni then helps this person to acquire and possess all kinds of wealth, becoming the lord of treasures and sustaining them with grain.
