Stanza 5.84.1

बळि॒त्था पर्व॑तानां खि॒द्रं बि॑भर्षि पृथिवि | प्र या भूमिं॑ प्रवत्वति म॒ह्ना जि॒नोषि॑ महिनि ||

báḷ itthā́ párvatānāṁ khidrám bibharṣi pr̥thivi prá yā́ bhū́mim pravatvati mahnā́ jinóṣi mahini

O Pṛthivī, you truly bear the tool that splits mountains! With your abundance of streams and your majesty, you energize the earth with great power.

Stanza 5.84.2

स्तोमा॑सस्त्वा विचारिणि॒ प्रति॑ ष्टोभन्त्य॒क्तुभिः॑ | प्र या वाजं॒ न हेष॑न्तं पे॒रुमस्य॑स्यर्जुनि ||

stómāsas tvā vicāriṇi práti ṣṭobhanty aktúbhiḥ prá yā́ vā́jaṁ ná héṣantam perúm ásyasy arjuni

O freely wandering one, O bright one, hymns of praise resound to you with brilliance. You propel the swelling cloud forward, like a fast-moving, eager steed.

Stanza 5.84.3

दृ॒ळ्हा चि॒द्या वन॒स्पती॑न्क्ष्म॒या दर्ध॒र्ष्योज॑सा | यत्ते॑ अ॒भ्रस्य॑ वि॒द्युतो॑ दि॒वो वर्ष॑न्ति वृ॒ष्टयः॑ ||

dr̥ḷhā́ cid yā́ vánaspátīn kṣmayā́ dárdharṣy ójasā yát te abhrásya vidyúto divó várṣanti vr̥ṣṭáyaḥ

You, with your strength, firmly hold even the strong forest trees down on the earth. When your lightning flashes from the cloud, the rain-floods descend from the sky.
