ऋ॒भुर्विभ्वा॒ वाज॒ इन्द्रो॑ नो॒ अच्छे॒मं य॒ज्ञं र॑त्न॒धेयोप॑ यात | इ॒दा हि वो॑ धि॒षणा॑ दे॒व्यह्ना॒मधा॑त्पी॒तिं सं मदा॑ अग्मता वः ||

Ribhu, Vibhvan, Vaja, and Indra, come to our sacrifice with gifts of riches! For indeed, today, the goddess Dhishana has prepared the offerings and drinks for you; may your joyous exhilarations reach you.

nā́pābhūta ná vo 'tītr̥ṣāmā́niḥśastā r̥bhavo yajñé asmín sám índreṇa mádatha sám marúdbhiḥ sáṁ rā́jabhī ratnadhéyāya devāḥ
You were not far, O Ribhus, nor were we left without your favor. You are blameless in this sacrifice. Rejoice with Indra, with the Maruts, and with the divine kings, O Gods, for the bestowal of riches!
This verse reassures the divine beings, especially the Ribhus, that they were not far away and were not left thirsty. It declares them blameless in the current sacrifice. It then urges them to rejoice with Indra, the Maruts, and the kings (divine rulers) for the purpose of bestowing riches, reinforcing their role as bringers of prosperity.
