Stanza 10.184.1
विष्णु॒र्योनिं॑ कल्पयतु॒ त्वष्टा॑ रू॒पाणि॑ पिंशतु | आ सि॑ञ्चतु प्र॒जाप॑तिर्धा॒ता गर्भं॑ दधातु ते ||
víṣṇur yóniṁ kalpayatu tváṣṭā rūpā́ṇi piṁśatu ā́ siñcatu prajā́patir dhātā́ gárbhaṁ dadhātu te
May Vishnu prepare the womb, may Tvashṭar shape the forms. May Prajapati infuse the seed, and Dhatar place the embryo within you.
This verse is a prayer invoking various deities to facilitate conception and gestation. Vishnu is asked to prepare the womb, Tvashṭar to shape the physical form, Prajapati to infuse the vital essence, and Dhatar to place the germ within the mother. This is a ritualistic invocation for a successful pregnancy.

gárbhaṁ dhehi sinīvāli gárbhaṁ dhehi sarasvati gárbhaṁ te aśvínau devā́v ā́ dhattām púṣkarasrajā
O Sinivali, place the embryo; O Sarasvati, place the embryo. May the divine Ashvin twins, crowned with lotuses, bestow the embryo upon you.
This verse continues the invocation for conception, addressing specific goddesses and deities. It asks the goddesses Sinivali and Sarasvati to receive and nurture the germ. hiraṇyáyī aráṇī yáṁ nirmánthato aśvínā táṁ te gárbhaṁ havāmahe daśamé māsí sū́tave
The golden churning sticks which the Ashvins twirl, that embryo of yours we invoke, so that it may be born in the tenth month.
This verse describes a ritualistic act by the Ashvins using golden 'churning sticks' (arani) which represent the means of generating fire, symbolizing creation. The prayer is that this creative power, invoked by the act of churning, will result in the conception and successful birth of the child in the tenth month.
