ई॒ङ्खय॑न्तीरप॒स्युव॒ इन्द्रं॑ जा॒तमुपा॑सते | भे॒जा॒नासः॑ सु॒वीर्य॑म् ||
īṅkháyantīr apasyúva índraṁ jātám úpāsate bhejānā́saḥ suvī́ryam
The active ones, moving with energy, approach the newborn Indra, sharing in his great heroic strength.
This verse describes the birth of Indra. As Indra is being born, active and energetic female beings, perhaps goddesses or personified energies, are moving around him. They approach him and partake in his immense heroic power and strength, suggesting a divine connection or the distribution of his nascent might.

You, Indra, are born from strength, from might, and from energy. You, mighty one, are indeed the strongest.

You, Indra, are the slayer of Vritra; you have expanded the atmosphere and upheld the heavens with your might.

You, O Indra, carry the lightning that suits you in your arms, sharpening your thunderbolt with might.
