    Stanza 1.111.1

    तक्ष॒न्रथं॑ सु॒वृतं॑ विद्म॒नाप॑स॒स्तक्ष॒न्हरी॑ इन्द्र॒वाहा॒ वृष॑ण्वसू | तक्ष॑न्पि॒तृभ्या॑मृ॒भवो॒ युव॒द्वय॒स्तक्ष॑न्व॒त्साय॑ मा॒तरं॑ सचा॒भुव॑म् ||

    tákṣan ráthaṁ suvŕ̥taṁ vidmanā́pasas tákṣan hárī indravā́hā vŕ̥ṣaṇvasū tákṣan pitŕ̥bhyām r̥bhávo yúvad váyas tákṣan vatsā́ya mātáraṁ sacābhúvam

    These skilled artisans crafted a perfectly balanced chariot, and they fashioned the horses that pull it, making them strong and powerful. The Ribhus also renewed their parents' youth and created a mother for the calf. It's all about their amazing ability to make and renew things!

    Stanza 1.111.2

    आ नो॑ य॒ज्ञाय॑ तक्षत ऋभु॒मद्वयः॒ क्रत्वे॒ दक्षा॑य सुप्र॒जाव॑ती॒मिष॑म् | यथा॒ क्षया॑म॒ सर्व॑वीरया वि॒शा तन्नः॒ शर्धा॑य धासथा॒ स्वि॑न्द्रि॒यम् ||

    ā́ no yajñā́ya takṣata r̥bhumád váyaḥ krátve dákṣāya suprajā́vatīm íṣam yáthā kṣáyāma sárvavīrayā viśā́ tán naḥ śárdhāya dhāsathā sv .ìndriyám

    Ribhus, please create for our worship: skill, wisdom, and nourishing food for a thriving family. We want to live well, with our community united and strong, filled with divine energy!

    Stanza 1.111.3

    आ त॑क्षत सा॒तिम॒स्मभ्य॑मृभवः सा॒तिं रथा॑य सा॒तिमर्व॑ते नरः | सा॒तिं नो॒ जैत्रीं॒ सं म॑हेत वि॒श्वहा॑ जा॒मिमजा॑मिं॒ पृत॑नासु स॒क्षणि॑म् ||

    ā́ takṣata sātím asmábhyam r̥bhavaḥ sātíṁ ráthāya sātím árvate naraḥ sātíṁ no jaítrīṁ sám maheta viśváhā jāmím ájāmim pŕ̥tanāsu sakṣáṇim

    O Ribhus and Heroes, craft prosperity for us! Give us success with our chariots and horses, and grant us victory in battles, whether against friends or foes. Help us always win and be protected!

    Stanza 1.111.4

    ऋ॒भु॒क्षण॒मिन्द्र॒मा हु॑व ऊ॒तय॑ ऋ॒भून्वाजा॑न्म॒रुतः॒ सोम॑पीतये | उ॒भा मि॒त्रावरु॑णा नू॒नम॒श्विना॒ ते नो॑ हिन्वन्तु सा॒तये॑ धि॒ये जि॒षे ||

    r̥bhukṣáṇam índram ā́ huva ūtáya r̥bhū́n vā́jān marútaḥ sómapītaye ubhā́ mitrā́váruṇā nūnám aśvínā té no hinvantu sātáye dhiyé jiṣé

    I call on Indra, the Ribhus' chief, for help! I call the Ribhus, Vayu, and Maruts for the Soma drink. Mitra, Varuna, and the Ashvins too – may they all push us forward towards wealth, wisdom, and victory!

    Stanza 1.111.5

    ऋ॒भुर्भरा॑य॒ सं शि॑शातु सा॒तिं स॑मर्य॒जिद्वाजो॑ अ॒स्माँ अ॑विष्टु | तन्नो॑ मि॒त्रो वरु॑णो मामहन्ता॒मदि॑तिः॒ सिन्धुः॑ पृथि॒वी उ॒त द्यौः ||

    r̥bhúr bhárāya sáṁ śiśātu sātíṁ samaryajíd vā́jo asmā́m̐ aviṣṭu tán no mitró váruṇo māmahantām áditiḥ síndhuḥ pr̥thivī́ utá dyaúḥ

    May Ribhu guide us to prosperity in our efforts! May Vayu, the victorious achiever, protect us. And may Mitra, Varuna, Aditi, the river, Earth, and Sky all bless us and accept our prayers!
