My previous work is done again, and my sweetest song is sung for your praise. Here, O Ribhus, is this great divine gathering place for all gods; be satisfied with the offered Soma!

When you came seeking enjoyment from afar, O you skilled ones (sons of Sudhanvan), you, some of my own people, approached the offering of Savitar, the sun god.
The Ribhus are addressed, noting that they have come from afar, seeking enjoyment and perhaps accompanied by some of the speaker's kinsmen. They are called upon, as the skilled artisans (sons of Sudhanvan), to approach Savitar's (the impeller/sun god) offering, having completed their journey.

Savitar has granted you immortality because you made him known, the one who cannot be hidden. And you four made the one cup of the Asura into four.
Savitar (the sun god) is said to have bestowed immortality upon the Ribhus. This was because they proclaimed him, who is beyond concealment. The Ribhus also transformed a single drinking cup, belonging to the Asura (a powerful being), into four, demonstrating their skill.

The Ribhus are praised for their extraordinary skill: they transformed a skin into a cow and reunited a mother with her calf. As skilled artisans (sons of Sudhanvan), they possess the ability to make the aged youthful again, and in this instance, they made their elderly parents young.
