उत्ते॒ शुष्मा॑सो अस्थू॒ रक्षो॑ भि॒न्दन्तो॑ अद्रिवः | नु॒दस्व॒ याः प॑रि॒स्पृधः॑ ||
út te śúṣmāso asthū rákṣo bhindánto adrivaḥ nudásva yā́ḥ parispŕ̥dhaḥ
Your powers have arisen, O wielder of the thunderbolt, crushing the demons. Drive away those who contend with us!

अ॒या नि॑ज॒घ्निरोज॑सा रथसं॒गे धने॑ हि॒ते | स्तवा॒ अबि॑भ्युषा हृ॒दा ||
ayā́ nijaghnír ójasā rathasaṁgé dháne hité stávā ábibhyuṣā hr̥dā́
With this strength, you are victorious in the clash of chariots and the contest for the prize. I will sing praises with a fearless heart.

अस्य॑ व्र॒तानि॒ नाधृषे॒ पव॑मानस्य दू॒ढ्या॑ | रु॒ज यस्त्वा॑ पृत॒न्यति॑ ||
ásya vratā́ni nā́dhŕ̥ṣe pávamānasya dūḍhyāā̀ rujá yás tvā pr̥tanyáti
Your ordinances are not to be assailed, O Purifier, with your mighty protection. Crush him who fights against you!

तं हि॑न्वन्ति मद॒च्युतं॒ हरिं॑ न॒दीषु॑ वा॒जिन॑म् | इन्दु॒मिन्द्रा॑य मत्स॒रम् ||

They drive the exhilarating, tawny, and swift Soma, dripping with rapture, into the rivers for Indra.
