Stanza 9.45.1

स प॑वस्व॒ मदा॑य॒ कं नृ॒चक्षा॑ दे॒ववी॑तये | इन्द॒विन्द्रा॑य पी॒तये॑ ||

sá pavasva mádāya káṁ nr̥cákṣā devávītaye índav índrāya pītáye

Flow for us, O Soma, for delight, for the Gods' sustenance, O Indu, for Indra's drink!

Stanza 9.45.2

स नो॑ अर्षा॒भि दू॒त्यं१॒॑ त्वमिन्द्रा॑य तोशसे | दे॒वान्त्सखि॑भ्य॒ आ वर॑म् ||

sá no arṣābhí dūtyàṁ tvám índrāya tośase devā́n sákhibhya ā́ váram

You flow for us, O Soma, to Indra, you hasten to the Gods, O you who are better than our friends.

Stanza 9.45.3

उ॒त त्वाम॑रु॒णं व॒यं गोभि॑रञ्ज्मो॒ मदा॑य॒ कम् | वि नो॑ रा॒ये दुरो॑ वृधि ||

utá tvā́m aruṇáṁ vayáṁ góbhir añjmo mádāya kám ví no rāyé dúro vr̥dhi

We anoint you, O red one, with milk for enjoyment. Open the doors to wealth for us!

Stanza 9.45.4

अत्यू॑ प॒वित्र॑मक्रमीद्वा॒जी धुरं॒ न याम॑नि | इन्दु॑र्दे॒वेषु॑ पत्यते ||

áty ū pavítram akramīd vājī́ dhúraṁ ná yā́mani índur devéṣu patyate

Soma has passed beyond the sieve, like a strong horse to the race. Indu belongs among the Gods.

Stanza 9.45.5

समी॒ सखा॑यो अस्वर॒न्वने॒ क्रीळ॑न्त॒मत्य॑विम् | इन्दुं॑ ना॒वा अ॑नूषत ||

sám ī sákhāyo asvaran váne krī́ḷantam átyavim índuṁ nāvā́ anūṣata

All friends have sung out to him as he sports in the forest, beyond the wool. The chanters have praised Indu.

Stanza 9.45.6

तया॑ पवस्व॒ धार॑या॒ यया॑ पी॒तो वि॒चक्ष॑से | इन्दो॑ स्तो॒त्रे सु॒वीर्य॑म् ||

táyā pavasva dhā́rayā yáyā pītó vicákṣase índo stotré suvī́ryam

Flow, O Indu, with that stream, by which, having drunk, you perceive and give heroic strength to the singer.
