अ॒भी न॑वन्ते अ॒द्रुहः॑ प्रि॒यमिन्द्र॑स्य॒ काम्य॑म् | व॒त्सं न पूर्व॒ आयु॑नि जा॒तं रि॑हन्ति मा॒तरः॑ ||
abhī́ navante adrúhaḥ priyám índrasya kā́myam vatsáṁ ná pū́rva ā́yuni jātáṁ rihanti mātáraḥ
The guileless ones praise dear Indra's beloved Soma, just as mothers lick their newborn calf in the first days of its life.
