práti te dasyave vr̥ka rā́dho adarśy áhrayam dyaúr ná prathinā́ śávaḥ
O wolf-like one, your inexhaustible gift has been revealed to you (or perhaps 'to the divine'), like the sky, its immense power is evident.
This verse addresses a 'wolf-like' (vrika) figure, perhaps a demon or an enemy, who is being reminded of the divine's (te, referring to Indra) inexhaustible bounty and power. This power is so vast and evident that it is as expansive and noticeable as the sky itself, implying its omnipresence and immensity.

Observant Agni, the bearer of offerings, with his magnificent chariot, shone with his pure and bright flame, just as the Sun shines brilliantly in the sky.
This verse shifts focus to the divine fire, Agni, describing him as observant ('cikituh'), the bearer of offerings ('havyavah'), and possessing a magnificent chariot ('sumadrathah'). Agni's brilliance, characterized by his pure ('śukreṇa') and bright ('śoṣiṣā') flames, causes him to shine forth powerfully. This radiant appearance is compared to the sun ('sūrah', 'sūryaḥ') shining brightly in the sky ('divi').
