His strong and broad arms, golden and moving easily, reached the ends of the sky. Now, indeed, his greatness is praised; even Surya (the Sun) yields to him in his active power.
This stanza describes the immense and radiant reach of Savitr's power. His arms, described as golden, strong, and easily moving, extend to the very limits of the heavens. The poet acknowledges this magnificent power and states that even the Sun (Surya), another solar deity, cannot match Savitr's vigorous activity. It's a testament to Savitr's supreme might and influence.

These hymns praise Savitr, the sweet-tongued, the one with full hands, the skilled one. May he grant us manifold and great strength. You (O Gods) protect us always with blessings.
This verse is a direct address to Savitr, praising his appealing speech and his hands that are full and skillful. The singers offer these hymns to him, asking him to grant them abundant and great strength or sustenance. The verse concludes with a plea to other gods (or perhaps to Savitr himself) to protect them always with well-being and blessings.
