ó śruṣṭír vidathyāā̀ sám etu práti stómaṁ dadhīmahi turā́ṇām yád adyá deváḥ savitā́ suvā́ti syā́māsya ratníno vibhāgé

Let the knowledge of the assembly come together; let us offer praise to the swift ones. Whatever God Savitr impels today, may we be there among the wealthy ones who distribute.

With offerings, I praise the swift, bounteous god Vishṇu. For this reason, Rudra obtained his Rudra-like greatness. O Aśvins, may you seek the dwelling full of food.

O Pūṣan, do not be angry here; for Varūtrī and the givers of gifts have given. May the well-being-making ones, like swift horses, protect us. May Vāta grant rain.

Stanza 7.40.7

Now, O Varuṇa, Mitra, and Agni, who are righteous, have been praised by the Vasishṭhas, O two worlds. May you bright ones grant us supreme praise. May you always protect us with blessings.
