O Agni, best winner of wealth, you yourself consider this wealth true. Bring that wealth to us, through our songs, among the gods, as a worthy companion.
The poet addresses Agni, the best of those who win wealth, calling him the "best winner of spoil." He asks Agni to bestow upon them the wealth that Agni himself considers truly valuable. This wealth is to be brought to the gods, with the help of songs and hymns, making the recipients a worthy associate of the divine.

O Agni, those who do not stir (offerings/prayers) for you, though they have grown strong with mighty power, they turn away. They associate with the hatred and deceit of one who follows a different, wrong way.
This verse describes people who do not actively engage with or support Agni, possibly through offerings or prayers. It states that these individuals, despite their growing strength, turn away from Agni's powerful support. Instead, they are drawn towards the hatred and deceit of those who follow a wrong or alien path, implying a rejection of the divine order represented by Agni.
