अ॒भ्य॑व॒स्थाः प्र जा॑यन्ते॒ प्र व॒व्रेर्व॒व्रिश्चि॑केत | उ॒पस्थे॑ मा॒तुर्वि च॑ष्टे ||
abhy àvasthā́ḥ prá jāyante prá vavrér vavríś ciketa upásthe mātúr ví caṣṭe
New conditions arise and unfold; from the covering, the covered one becomes visible. Within the mother's embrace, it perceives.
This verse describes a process of emergence and awareness. New states of being or phenomena arise, and what was hidden or covered is revealed. The imagery suggests something being uncovered from within a protective layer, like a seed sprouting or a being opening its eyes to perceive the world from its mother's womb.

जु॒हु॒रे वि चि॒तय॒न्तोऽनि॑मिषं नृ॒म्णं पा॑न्ति | आ दृ॒ळ्हां पुरं॑ विविशुः ||
juhuré ví citáyantó 'nimiṣaṁ nr̥mṇám pānti ā́ dr̥ḷhā́m púraṁ viviśuḥ
They sacrificed with discernment; with unwinking eyes, they protect the powerful strength. They entered into the strong fort.

The people of Svaitreya, his clans, have gloriously grown strong. Br̥haduktha, with a gold ornament on his neck, is eager for the prize, as if through this sweet drink.

Like the cherished, desirable milk, unseparated from the twin sisters. Like the Soma-vessel (gharma) with wealth in its belly—unfailing, conquering all.

Sporting, O ray of light, come to us, joined with the wind and the ash. May these sharp and well-sharpened things of his be formidable, like arrows on the breast.
