I'm offering these hymns, rich with devotion, to the Adityas, the kingly gods, with my prayerful heart. May Mitra, Aryaman, and Bhaga hear me, along with the mighty Varuna, Daksha, and Amsha!

yó rā́jabhya r̥taníbhyo dadā́śa yáṁ vardháyanti puṣṭáyaś ca nítyāḥ sá revā́n yāti prathamó ráthena vasudā́vā vidátheṣu praśastáḥ
He who respects the kings that uphold cosmic order, and whom constant blessings prosper, he leads the way in his chariot, bestowing riches and praised in assemblies.
This verse praises someone who is devoted to the Adityas and the cosmic order (Rta). Such a person, who offers respect and receives their blessings, leads the way with their chariot, bestows wealth, and is honored in assemblies. They are prosperous and well-regarded.

Pure, truthful, and strong, he lives near the waters with his heroes. Protected by the Adityas' guidance, no one can harm him, whether near or far.
This verse describes a blessed individual who lives near pure waters, is protected by the Adityas, and is surrounded by heroic companions. They are pure, truthful, and strong, and because they are under the Adityas' guidance, they cannot be harmed by anyone, near or far.
