आ व॑ ऋञ्जस ऊ॒र्जां व्यु॑ष्टि॒ष्विन्द्रं॑ म॒रुतो॒ रोद॑सी अनक्तन | उ॒भे यथा॑ नो॒ अह॑नी सचा॒भुवा॒ सदः॑सदो वरिव॒स्यात॑ उ॒द्भिदा॑ ||
ā́ va r̥ñjasa ūrjā́ṁ vyùṣṭiṣv índram marúto ródasī anaktana ubhé yáthā no áhanī sacābhúvā sádaḥ-sado varivasyā́ta udbhídā
O Indra and Maruts, O Heaven and Earth, anoint yourselves with strength and power. May both Day and Night, in unison, attend to us in every sacred assembly, and may they bring us well-being from the very beginning.
The poet implores Indra and the Maruts, along with Heaven and Earth, to bestow blessings upon them. This is to ensure that Day and Night, along with their activities, are always favorable and supportive in every ritualistic setting, bringing prosperity and well-being.

Press this excellent libation! The pressing stone, like a hand-guided horse, extracts the essence. May it achieve the prowess that conquers the foe and the speed of a horse for great riches.
