Stanza 10.160.1

ती॒व्रस्या॒भिव॑यसो अ॒स्य पा॑हि सर्वर॒था वि हरी॑ इ॒ह मु॑ञ्च | इन्द्र॒ मा त्वा॒ यज॑मानासो अ॒न्ये नि री॑रम॒न्तुभ्य॑मि॒मे सु॒तासः॑ ||

tīvrásyābhívayaso asyá pāhi sarvarathā́ ví hárī ihá muñca índra mā́ tvā yájamānāso anyé ní rīraman túbhyam imé sutā́saḥ

Drink this potent soma, enhanced with offerings! Unyoke your horses here with your chariot. O Indra, do not let other sacrificers detain you; these libations are for you.

Stanza 10.160.2

तुभ्यं॑ सु॒तास्तुभ्य॑मु॒ सोत्वा॑स॒स्त्वां गिरः॒ श्वात्र्या॒ आ ह्व॑यन्ति | इन्द्रे॒दम॒द्य सव॑नं जुषा॒णो विश्व॑स्य वि॒द्वाँ इ॒ह पा॑हि॒ सोम॑म् ||

túbhyaṁ sutā́s túbhyam u sótvāsas tvā́ṁ gíraḥ śvā́tryā ā́ hvayanti índredám adyá sávanaṁ juṣāṇó víśvasya vidvā́m̐ ihá pāhi sómam

For you are the pressed soma juices, and for you are those yet to be pressed. Resonant hymns are calling you. O Indra, enjoying this offering today, drink the soma, as you who know everything.

Stanza 10.160.3

य उ॑श॒ता मन॑सा॒ सोम॑मस्मै सर्वहृ॒दा दे॒वका॑मः सु॒नोति॑ | न गा इन्द्र॒स्तस्य॒ परा॑ ददाति प्रश॒स्तमिच्चारु॑मस्मै कृणोति ||

yá uśatā́ mánasā sómam asmai sarvahr̥dā́ devákāmaḥ sunóti ná gā́ índras tásya párā dadāti praśastám íc cā́rum asmai kr̥ṇoti

Whoever, with a desiring mind and whole heart, presses Soma for him (Indra) as a devotee, Indra does not take away his cattle. Indeed, he makes it (the Soma) praised and beautiful for him.

Stanza 10.160.4

अनु॑स्पष्टो भवत्ये॒षो अ॑स्य॒ यो अ॑स्मै रे॒वान्न सु॒नोति॒ सोम॑म् | निर॑र॒त्नौ म॒घवा॒ तं द॑धाति ब्रह्म॒द्विषो॑ ह॒न्त्यना॑नुदिष्टः ||

ánuspaṣṭo bhavaty eṣó asya yó asmai revā́n ná sunóti sómam nír aratnaú maghávā táṁ dadhāti brahmadvíṣo hanty ánānudiṣṭaḥ

He becomes clearly perceived by him (Indra), who presses Soma for him, being rich. The wealthy (Indra) supports him. He kills the enemies of devotion, uninstructed.

Stanza 10.160.5

अ॒श्वा॒यन्तो॑ ग॒व्यन्तो॑ वा॒जय॑न्तो॒ हवा॑महे॒ त्वोप॑गन्त॒वा उ॑ | आ॒भूष॑न्तस्ते सुम॒तौ नवा॑यां व॒यमि॑न्द्र त्वा शु॒नं हु॑वेम ||

aśvāyánto gavyánto vājáyanto hávāmahe tvópagantavā́ u ābhū́ṣantas te sumataú návāyāṁ vayám indra tvā śunáṁ huvema

Desiring horses, desiring cattle, desiring wealth, we call you to come. We strive for your new favor; O Indra, we invoke you for welfare.
