ती॒व्रस्या॒भिव॑यसो अ॒स्य पा॑हि सर्वर॒था वि हरी॑ इ॒ह मु॑ञ्च | इन्द्र॒ मा त्वा॒ यज॑मानासो अ॒न्ये नि री॑रम॒न्तुभ्य॑मि॒मे सु॒तासः॑ ||
tīvrásyābhívayaso asyá pāhi sarvarathā́ ví hárī ihá muñca índra mā́ tvā yájamānāso anyé ní rīraman túbhyam imé sutā́saḥ
Drink this potent soma, enhanced with offerings! Unyoke your horses here with your chariot. O Indra, do not let other sacrificers detain you; these libations are for you.
The stanza is an invocation to Indra, the king of gods, asking him to partake in the soma ritual. The poet implores Indra to drink the potent, specially prepared soma juice offered by the sacrificers. It emphasizes that the soma is prepared specifically for Indra and that other deities or humans should not distract him from enjoying this offering. For you are the pressed soma juices, and for you are those yet to be pressed. Resonant hymns are calling you. O Indra, enjoying this offering today, drink the soma, as you who know everything.

Whoever, with a desiring mind and whole heart, presses Soma for him (Indra) as a devotee, Indra does not take away his cattle. Indeed, he makes it (the Soma) praised and beautiful for him.
This stanza describes the virtuous act of preparing soma for Indra. It states that anyone who, with a devoted and desirous heart, presses soma for Indra, will be favored. Indra will not take away such a person's possessions (like cattle, which were a sign of wealth). Instead, Indra will make their soma offering famous and appreciated.

ánuspaṣṭo bhavaty eṣó asya yó asmai revā́n ná sunóti sómam nír aratnaú maghávā táṁ dadhāti brahmadvíṣo hanty ánānudiṣṭaḥ
He becomes clearly perceived by him (Indra), who presses Soma for him, being rich. The wealthy (Indra) supports him. He kills the enemies of devotion, uninstructed.
This stanza promises divine favor to those who offer Soma to Indra. It states that Indra looks favorably ('anuspaṣṭaḥ' - clearly seen/approached) upon those who press Soma for him, especially if they are wealthy ('revān' - rich). For those who are not devoted or who do not properly perform the rituals ('nir-aratnau' - without ritual aids, 'anānudiṣṭaḥ' - uninstructed/uninvited), Indra will destroy them, particularly those who hate devotion.

Desiring horses, desiring cattle, desiring wealth, we call you to come. We strive for your new favor; O Indra, we invoke you for welfare.
The worshippers are calling upon Indra to come to them, expressing their desires for horses, cattle, and wealth ('vāja'). They state that they are actively trying to gain his favor and are present with new devotion. They wish to invoke him in a way that brings them prosperity and well-being.
