श्री॒णन्नुप॑ स्था॒द्दिवं॑ भुर॒ण्युः स्था॒तुश्च॒रथ॑म॒क्तून्व्यू॑र्णोत् ||
śrīṇánn úpa sthād dívam bhuraṇyú sthātúś carátham aktū́n vy ūā̀rṇot
That energetic force, brimming with life, ascends to the sky! It unveils the nights and reveals all that stands still and all that moves.
This verse describes a powerful, restless entity, likely the fire god Agni, ascending into the sky. As it moves, it illuminates everything, revealing the darkness of night and all the moving and stationary things within it. It's like a bright, energetic force making the world visible.

pári yád eṣām éko víśveṣām bhúvad devó devā́nām mahitvā́
When this one God, by His immense greatness, became supreme over all the other gods.

When you, O God, were born alive from the dry (wood), all beings rejoiced in your wisdom and power.
