The stream of Soma, which sees all beings, flows. By the cosmic order (Rta), it invites the gods from the sky. With the roaring sound of Brhaspati, it shines forth. The immense quantities of the pressed juice overflowed, like oceans.
This verse describes the flow of Soma, the divine juice, which is likened to a stream. It is said to behold humanity and, through the principle of Rta (cosmic order), to invite the gods from the heavens. The roaring sound associated with Brhaspati is mentioned, and the immense quantity of the pressed Soma juice is emphasized, suggesting it is vast and perhaps difficult to contain.
