असृ॑ग्र॒मिन्द॑वः प॒था धर्म॑न्नृ॒तस्य॑ सु॒श्रियः॑ | वि॒दा॒ना अ॑स्य॒ योज॑नम् ||

The glorious Soma drops have flowed forth along the path of cosmic order, knowing the course of this sacrifice.
This verse describes the flowing of the Soma drops, which are glorious and beautiful. They flow along the path of Rta (cosmic order) and knowing the way of the sacrifice, they move forward.

प्र धारा॒ मध्वो॑ अग्रि॒यो म॒हीर॒पो वि गा॑हते | ह॒विर्ह॒विष्षु॒ वन्द्यः॑ ||
prá dhā́rā mádhvo agriyó mahī́r apó ví gāhate havír havíṣṣu vándyaḥ
The foremost stream of sweetness, the best, sinks into the mighty waters; the oblation is worthy of praise amidst oblations.
The stream of Soma, described as 'agriyáḥ' (foremost, best) and associated with 'mádhu' (sweetness, meath), sinks into the great waters ('mahī́r apáḥ'). It is the foremost oblation ('havíḥ') and worthy of adoration ('vandyaḥ') amidst all oblations.

Stanza 9.7.3

prá yujó vācó agriyó vŕ̥ṣā́va cakradad váne sádmābhí satyó adhvaráḥ
The foremost, strong Soma has joined the powers of speech; the true offering roars in the forest, filling the dwelling.
This verse speaks of the Soma being released, the 'agriyáḥ' (foremost) and 'vŕ̥ṣā' (strong male/bull), that has joined together the powers of speech ('yujáḥ vācáḥ'). Stanza 9.7.4

pári yát kā́vyā kavír nr̥mṇā́ vásāno árṣati svàr vājī́ siṣāsati
When the wise poet, clothed in strength, flows around with divine knowledge, the winner of heavenly reward strives to gain it.
The poet-seer ('kavíḥ'), clothed in manly strength ('nr̥mṇā́'), flows around ('pári...arṣati') with divine wisdom ('kā́vyā'). He is the 'svàr-vājī́' (winner of heavenly radiance/food) and desires ('siṣāsati') to achieve or conquer.

Purified, he sits like a king over the rivals and among the people, when the priests bring him forth.
Purified ('pávamānaḥ'), the Soma flows as if a king ('rājéva') over the 'spŕ̥dhaḥ' (rivals, obstacles) and settles among the people ('víśo'). This happens when the wise priests ('vedhásaḥ') bring it forward, honoring it.

This verse states that the Soma, along with its exhilaration ('mádene') and strength ('ráṇā'), goes to join the deities: Vayu (wind god), Indra (king of gods), and the Ashvins (divine physicians). This happens because of its intrinsic nature ('dhármabhiḥ').
