Stanza 9.44.1

प्र ण॑ इन्दो म॒हे तन॑ ऊ॒र्मिं न बिभ्र॑दर्षसि | अ॒भि दे॒वाँ अ॒यास्यः॑ ||

prá ṇa indo mahé tána ūrmíṁ ná bíbhrad arṣasi abhí devā́m̐ ayā́syaḥ

O Soma, for this great rite, you flow towards us, carrying the frothy essence, like a wave, unwearied, towards the gods.

Stanza 9.44.2

म॒ती जु॒ष्टो धि॒या हि॒तः सोमो॑ हिन्वे परा॒वति॑ | विप्र॑स्य॒ धार॑या क॒विः ||

matī́ juṣṭó dhiyā́ hitáḥ sómo hinve parāváti víprasya dhā́rayā kavíḥ

Pleased by devotion and moved by thought, this Soma flows afar, impelled by the stream of the wise poet.

Stanza 9.44.3

अ॒यं दे॒वेषु॒ जागृ॑विः सु॒त ए॑ति प॒वित्र॒ आ | सोमो॑ याति॒ विच॑र्षणिः ||

ayáṁ devéṣu jā́gr̥viḥ sutá eti pavítra ā́ sómo yāti vícarṣaṇiḥ

This Soma, watchful among the gods, moves to the sieve as the pressed juice, the far-seeing Soma proceeds.

Stanza 9.44.4

स नः॑ पवस्व वाज॒युश्च॑क्रा॒णश्चारु॑मध्व॒रम् | ब॒र्हिष्माँ॒ आ वि॑वासति ||

sá naḥ pavasva vājayúś cakrāṇáś cā́rum adhvarám barhíṣmām̐ ā́ vivāsati

O Soma, flow for us today for wealth, you who create and adorn the beautiful sacrifice, you who are invoked by the one with sacred grass.

Stanza 9.44.5

स नो॒ भगा॑य वा॒यवे॒ विप्र॑वीरः स॒दावृ॑धः | सोमो॑ दे॒वेष्वा य॑मत् ||

sá no bhágāya vāyáve vípravīraḥ sadā́vr̥dhaḥ sómo devéṣv ā́ yamat

May Soma, the hero-sage, ever-strengthening, lead us today to Bhaga, to Vayu, and to the gods.

Stanza 9.44.6

स नो॑ अ॒द्य वसु॑त्तये क्रतु॒विद्गा॑तु॒वित्त॑मः | वाजं॑ जेषि॒ श्रवो॑ बृ॒हत् ||

sá no adyá vásuttaye kratuvíd gātuvíttamaḥ vā́jaṁ jeṣi śrávo br̥hát

O Soma, today may you bestow wealth upon us; you who know the rites and paths best, grant us great strength and renown.
