Stanza 9.30.1
प्र धारा॑ अस्य शु॒ष्मिणो॒ वृथा॑ प॒वित्रे॑ अक्षरन् | पु॒ना॒नो वाच॑मिष्यति ||
prá dhā́rā asya śuṣmíṇo vŕ̥thā pavítre akṣaran punānó vā́cam iṣyati
The potent streams of Soma flow freely through the purifying filter. As it is cleansed, it enhances its voice and power.
This hymn describes the Soma, a divine juice, being purified. Its potent streams are flowing through a filter, a process that enhances its power and allows it to express itself, perhaps through its sound or influence.

Stanza 9.30.2
इन्दु॑र्हिया॒नः सो॒तृभि॑र्मृ॒ज्यमा॑नः॒ कनि॑क्रदत् | इय॑र्ति व॒ग्नुमि॑न्द्रि॒यम् ||

Urged on by the pressers, Indu, while being purified, cries out loudly, sending forth its potent strength and vigor.
The Soma juice, referred to as 'Indu', is being urged onward by those who press it. While being cleaned and refined, it makes a powerful, vibrant sound, sending forth its invigorating essence and strength.

आ नः॒ शुष्मं॑ नृ॒षाह्यं॑ वी॒रव॑न्तं पुरु॒स्पृह॑म् | पव॑स्व सोम॒ धार॑या ||
ā́ naḥ śúṣmaṁ nr̥ṣā́hyaṁ vīrávantam puruspŕ̥ham pávasva soma dhā́rayā
Soma, pour upon us your mighty strength that conquers men and is desired by many, accompanied by heroic qualities.
The devotee asks Soma to pour upon them its power. They desire Soma's mighty strength, which conquers enemies and is greatly desired by many, a strength accompanied by heroic offspring.

With the pressing stones, they drive you, O Soma, into the waters, the most delightful, tawny one, for Indra's drink.

Press, O devotees, the sweetest Soma for Indra, the thunder-wielder, and the delightful, invigorating one for the troop's strength.
The devotees are urged to press the Soma juice, which is the sweetest, most delightful, and invigorating offering. It is intended for Indra, the thunder-wielding god, and for the strength of his divine host (Sharda).
