अ॒या रु॒चा हरि॑ण्या पुना॒नो विश्वा॒ द्वेषां॑सि तरति स्व॒युग्व॑भिः॒ सूरो॒ न स्व॒युग्व॑भिः | धारा॑ सु॒तस्य॑ रोचते पुना॒नो अ॑रु॒षो हरिः॑ || विश्वा॒ यद्रू॒पा प॑रि॒यात्यृक्व॑भिः स॒प्तास्ये॑भि॒र्ऋक्व॑भिः |
ayā́ rucā́ háriṇyā punānó víśvā dvéṣāṁsi tarati svayúgvabhiḥ sū́ro ná svayúgvabhiḥ dhā́rā sutásya rocate punānó aruṣó háriḥ víśvā yád rūpā́ pariyā́ty ŕ̥kvabhiḥ saptā́syebhir ŕ̥kvabhiḥ
With this golden radiance, the purifying Soma overcomes all hatreds, like the sun with its own steeds. The stream of the pressed Soma gleams, purifying, reddish-yellow, as it encompasses all forms with the praise-singers, the seven-mouthed ones.
This stanza describes the Soma plant being purified. As it's being purified, it shines with a golden and reddish hue. The purified Soma overcomes all hatred and negativity, much like the sun, which is further aided by its own self-propelled steeds. You, having discovered that treasure of the Paṇis, adorn yourself with the mothers in your own home, with the thoughts of Rta. Like a distant song, those thoughts sound, wherever they are celebrated. With the threefold, ruddy ones, it has gained strength; it has gained strength, shining brightly.

pū́rvām ánu pradíśaṁ yāti cékitat sáṁ raśmíbhir yatate darśató rátho daívyo darśató ráthaḥ ágmann ukthā́ni paúṁsyéndraṁ jaítrāya harṣayan vájraś ca yád bhávatho ánapacyutā samátsv ánapacyutā
Intelligently moving eastward, it advances. The beautiful chariot strives with its rays. The divine, beautiful chariot. The hymns came, celebrating manly strength, inciting Indra for victory. May your bolt and you be unconquered in the battles, unconquered.
