Stanza 9.10.1

प्र स्वा॒नासो॒ रथा॑ इ॒वार्व॑न्तो॒ न श्र॑व॒स्यवः॑ | सोमा॑सो रा॒ये अ॑क्रमुः ||

prá svānā́so ráthā ivā́rvanto ná śravasyávaḥ sómāso rāyé akramuḥ

Like roaring chariots and eager horses, the Soma-drops have flowed forth for wealth.

Stanza 9.10.2

हि॒न्वा॒नासो॒ रथा॑ इव दधन्वि॒रे गभ॑स्त्योः | भरा॑सः का॒रिणा॑मिव ||

hinvānā́so ráthā iva dadhanviré gábhastyoḥ bhárāsaḥ kāríṇām iva

Imbued with energy, like chariots, they moved forward in the hands, like the joyous songs of singers.

Stanza 9.10.3

राजा॑नो॒ न प्रश॑स्तिभिः॒ सोमा॑सो॒ गोभि॑रञ्जते | य॒ज्ञो न स॒प्त धा॒तृभिः॑ ||

rā́jāno ná práśastibhiḥ sómāso góbhir añjate yajñó ná saptá dhātŕ̥bhiḥ

The Soma drops, like kings with praises, are adorned with milk; the sacrifice, like one with seven priests.

Stanza 9.10.4

परि॑ सुवा॒नास॒ इन्द॑वो॒ मदा॑य ब॒र्हणा॑ गि॒रा | सु॒ता अ॑र्षन्ति॒ धार॑या ||

pári suvānā́sa índavo mádāya barháṇā girā́ sutā́ arṣanti dhā́rayā

The pressed Soma juices flow abundantly with song and praise for exhilaration.

Stanza 9.10.5

आ॒पा॒नासो॑ वि॒वस्व॑तो॒ जन॑न्त उ॒षसो॒ भग॑म् | सूरा॒ अण्वं॒ वि त॑न्वते ||

āpānā́so vivásvato jánanta uṣáso bhágam sū́rā áṇvaṁ ví tanvate

Having attained their destination, they generate prosperity and the light of dawn; the Soma drops spread.

Stanza 9.10.6

अप॒ द्वारा॑ मती॒नां प्र॒त्ना ऋ॑ण्वन्ति का॒रवः॑ | वृष्णो॒ हर॑स आ॒यवः॑ ||

ápa dvā́rā matīnā́m pratnā́ r̥ṇvanti kārávaḥ vŕ̥ṣṇo hárasa āyávaḥ

The ancient makers open the doors of understanding; the Soma streams forth for acceptance.

Stanza 9.10.7

स॒मी॒ची॒नास॑ आसते॒ होता॑रः स॒प्तजा॑मयः | प॒दमेक॑स्य॒ पिप्र॑तः ||

samīcīnā́sa āsate hótāraḥ saptájāmayaḥ padám ékasya píprataḥ

The seven priests, united like brothers, sit together, filling the place of the One.

Stanza 9.10.8

नाभा॒ नाभिं॑ न॒ आ द॑दे॒ चक्षु॑श्चि॒त्सूर्ये॒ सचा॑ | क॒वेरप॑त्य॒मा दु॑हे ||

nā́bhā nā́bhiṁ na ā́ dade cákṣuś cit sū́rye sácā kavér ápatyam ā́ duhe

It connects our essence to the divine; our eye is united with the sun. The sage's offspring yields this.

Stanza 9.10.9

अ॒भि प्रि॒या दि॒वस्प॒दम॑ध्व॒र्युभि॒र्गुहा॑ हि॒तम् | सूरः॑ पश्यति॒ चक्ष॑सा ||

abhí priyā́ divás padám adhvaryúbhir gúhā hitám sū́raḥ paśyati cákṣasā

The Sun, with its dear eye, sees the place in the sky, hidden by the priests.
