पु॒रो॒ळाशं॑ नो॒ अन्ध॑स॒ इन्द्र॑ स॒हस्र॒मा भ॑र | श॒ता च॑ शूर॒ गोना॑म् ||

O Indra, lord of strength, bring us a thousand [gifts] and a hundred cows as our share of the Soma juice.
This verse is a prayer to Indra, the king of the gods, for prosperity and abundance. And O bold Indra, bring us abundant ear-ornaments and many other things. For indeed, O possessor of wealth, you are heard.

O Indra, there is no one else to praise or to give gifts like you, O hero. No one else rivals you, giver of wealth.

In you, O Soma (Indra), all treasures are gathered, and all prosperity. You are easy to give and unhindered.
