Stanza 8.10.1

यत्स्थो दी॒र्घप्र॑सद्मनि॒ यद्वा॒दो रो॑च॒ने दि॒वः | यद्वा॑ समु॒द्रे अध्याकृ॑ते गृ॒हेऽत॒ आ या॑तमश्विना ||

yát sthó dīrgháprasadmani yád vādó rocané diváḥ yád vā samudré ádhy ā́kr̥te gr̥hé 'ta ā́ yātam aśvinā

Whether you are dwelling in a long-reaching expanse, or in the shining regions of the sky, or in a house built over the ocean, from there, O Asvins, come hither.

Stanza 8.10.2

यद्वा॑ य॒ज्ञं मन॑वे सम्मिमि॒क्षथु॑रे॒वेत्का॒ण्वस्य॑ बोधतम् | बृह॒स्पतिं॒ विश्वा॑न्दे॒वाँ अ॒हं हु॑व॒ इन्द्रा॒विष्णू॑ अ॒श्विना॑वाशु॒हेष॑सा ||

yád vā yajñám mánave sammimikṣáthur evét kāṇvásya bodhatam bŕ̥haspátiṁ víśvān devā́m̐ aháṁ huva índrāvíṣṇū aśvínāv āśuhéṣasā

Or whether you prepared the sacrifice for Manu, remember also the son of Kanva. I call Brihaspati, all the gods, Indra and Vishnu, and you Asvins, who possess swift energy.

Stanza 8.10.3

त्या न्व१॒॑श्विना॑ हुवे सु॒दंस॑सा गृ॒भे कृ॒ता | ययो॒रस्ति॒ प्र णः॑ स॒ख्यं दे॒वेष्वध्याप्य॑म् ||

tyā́ nv àśvínā huve sudáṁsasā gr̥bhé kr̥tā́ yáyor ásti prá ṇaḥ sakhyáṁ devéṣv ádhy ā́pyam

I invoke those Asvins, with their excellent works, who are sought after. For with them, we have a friendship among the gods that is most esteemed.

Stanza 8.10.4

ययो॒रधि॒ प्र य॒ज्ञा अ॑सू॒रे सन्ति॑ सू॒रयः॑ | ता य॒ज्ञस्या॑ध्व॒रस्य॒ प्रचे॑तसा स्व॒धाभि॒र्या पिब॑तः सो॒म्यं मधु॑ ||

yáyor ádhi prá yajñā́ asūré sánti sūráyaḥ tā́ yajñásyādhvarásya prácetasā svadhā́bhir yā́ píbataḥ somyám mádhu

Upon whom the sacrifices depend, among whom the wise worshippers exist. They, with foresight and divine power, drink the Soma-nectar of the sacrifice.

Stanza 8.10.5

यद॒द्याश्वि॑ना॒वपा॒ग्यत्प्राक्स्थो वा॑जिनीवसू | यद्द्रु॒ह्यव्यन॑वि तु॒र्वशे॒ यदौ॑ हु॒वे वा॒मथ॒ मा ग॑तम् ||

yád adyā́śvināv ápāg yát prā́k sthó vājinīvasū yád druhyávy ánavi turváśe yádau huvé vām átha mā́ gatam

Whether you are now dwelling in the east or the west, O Asvins, possessors of wealth, whether among Druhyu, Anu, Turvasa, or Yadu, when I call you both, then come to me.

Stanza 8.10.6

यद॒न्तरि॑क्षे॒ पत॑थः पुरुभुजा॒ यद्वे॒मे रोद॑सी॒ अनु॑ | यद्वा॑ स्व॒धाभि॑रधि॒तिष्ठ॑थो॒ रथ॒मत॒ आ या॑तमश्विना ||

yád antárikṣe pátathaḥ purubhujā yád vemé ródasī ánu yád vā svadhā́bhir adhitíṣṭhatho rátham áta ā́ yātam aśvinā

O Asvins, lords of abundant possessions, whether you fly through the atmosphere, or traverse these heavens and earth, or stand upon your chariot with divine powers, from there, come hither.
