Stanza 7.70.1

आ वि॑श्ववाराश्विना गतं नः॒ प्र तत्स्थान॑मवाचि वां पृथि॒व्याम् | अश्वो॒ न वा॒जी शु॒नपृ॑ष्ठो अस्था॒दा यत्से॒दथु॑र्ध्रु॒वसे॒ न योनि॑म् ||

ā́ viśvavārāśvinā gataṁ naḥ prá tát sthā́nam avāci vām pr̥thivyā́m áśvo ná vājī́ śunápr̥ṣṭho asthād ā́ yát sedáthur dhruváse ná yónim

Ashvins, rich in all blessings, come to us! This place on earth has been proclaimed as yours. Like a swift, strong horse with a smooth back, it stands ready for you, as if it were a lap where you may be firmly seated.

Stanza 7.70.2

सिष॑क्ति॒ सा वां॑ सुम॒तिश्चनि॒ष्ठाता॑पि घ॒र्मो मनु॑षो दुरो॒णे | यो वां॑ समु॒द्रान्त्स॒रितः॒ पिप॒र्त्येत॑ग्वा चि॒न्न सु॒युजा॑ युजा॒नः ||

síṣakti sā́ vāṁ sumatíś cániṣṭhā́tāpi gharmó mánuṣo duroṇé yó vāṁ samudrā́n sarítaḥ píparty étagvā cin ná suyújā yujānáḥ

This highly desirable favor of yours attaches itself, and this best offering, the libation of Manu, is heated in the dwelling. May it carry you over the oceans and rivers. Even as one yokes well-matched horses, may you come, you two.

Stanza 7.70.3

यानि॒ स्थाना॑न्यश्विना द॒धाथे॑ दि॒वो य॒ह्वीष्वोष॑धीषु वि॒क्षु | नि पर्व॑तस्य मू॒र्धनि॒ सद॒न्तेषं॒ जना॑य दा॒शुषे॒ वह॑न्ता ||

yā́ni sthā́nāny aśvinā dadhā́the divó yahvī́ṣv óṣadhīṣu vikṣú ní párvatasya mūrdháni sádantéṣaṁ jánāya dāśúṣe váhantā

O Ashvins, whatever places you possess, in the celestial realms, in the plants, among the people, or on the summit of the mountain, resting there, you bring nourishment to the worshipper.

Stanza 7.70.4

च॒नि॒ष्टं दे॑वा॒ ओष॑धीष्व॒प्सु यद्यो॒ग्या अ॒श्नवै॑थे॒ ऋषी॑णाम् | पु॒रूणि॒ रत्ना॒ दध॑तौ॒ न्य१॒॑स्मे अनु॒ पूर्वा॑णि चख्यथुर्यु॒गानि॑ ||

caniṣṭáṁ devā óṣadhīṣv apsú yád yogyā́ aśnávaithe ŕ̥ṣīṇām purū́ṇi rátnā dádhatau ny àsmé ánu pū́rvāṇi cakhyathur yugā́ni

O Gods, delight in plants and waters, when you two find them suitable with the offerings of the sages. Having deposited many treasures, you two have looked upon the former ages.

Stanza 7.70.5

शु॒श्रु॒वांसा॑ चिदश्विना पु॒रूण्य॒भि ब्रह्मा॑णि चक्षाथे॒ ऋषी॑णाम् | प्रति॒ प्र या॑तं॒ वर॒मा जना॑या॒स्मे वा॑मस्तु सुम॒तिश्चनि॑ष्ठा ||

śuśruvā́ṁsā cid aśvinā purū́ṇy abhí bráhmāṇi cakṣāthe ŕ̥ṣīṇām práti prá yātaṁ váram ā́ jánāyāsmé vām astu sumatíś cániṣṭhā

O Ashvins, although you have heard many prayers of the sages, you two perceive them. Come forward to the man, as he desires. May your most excellent favor be unto us.

Stanza 7.70.6

यो वां॑ य॒ज्ञो ना॑सत्या ह॒विष्मा॑न्कृ॒तब्र॑ह्मा सम॒र्यो॒३॒॑ भवा॑ति | उप॒ प्र या॑तं॒ वर॒मा वसि॑ष्ठमि॒मा ब्रह्मा॑ण्यृच्यन्ते यु॒वभ्या॑म् ||

yó vāṁ yajñó nāsatyā havíṣmān kr̥tábrahmā samaryò bhávāti úpa prá yātaṁ váram ā́ vásiṣṭham imā́ bráhmāṇy r̥cyante yuvábhyām

O Nasatyas, whichever sacrifice of yours is accompanied by offerings and well-uttered hymns, and is made for the worshipper, may it be favorable. Come forward, you two, as Vasishtha desires. These hymns are chanted for you two.

Stanza 7.70.7

इ॒यं म॑नी॒षा इ॒यम॑श्विना॒ गीरि॒मां सु॑वृ॒क्तिं वृ॑षणा जुषेथाम् | इ॒मा ब्रह्मा॑णि युव॒यून्य॑ग्मन्यू॒यं पा॑त स्व॒स्तिभिः॒ सदा॑ नः ||

iyám manīṣā́ iyám aśvinā gī́r imā́ṁ suvr̥ktíṁ vr̥ṣaṇā juṣethām imā́ bráhmāṇi yuvayū́ny agman yūyám pāta svastíbhiḥ sádā naḥ

This thought, O Ashvins, this song, O Vrishanas, this well-formed praise, may you two accept. These prayers have come to you two. You two protect us always with well-being.
