उद्वां॒ चक्षु॑र्वरुण सु॒प्रती॑कं दे॒वयो॑रेति॒ सूर्य॑स्तत॒न्वान् | अ॒भि यो विश्वा॒ भुव॑नानि॒ चष्टे॒ स म॒न्युं मर्त्ये॒ष्वा चि॑केत ||

The radiant eye of Varuna and Mitra, the Sun, rises, spreading its light. It surveys all beings and understands the spiritual passion in mortals.

The wise sage, known far and wide, offers his hymns to you, O Mitra and Varuna. May you, who are wise, look favorably upon his prayers and fill his endeavors with success.

O powerful ones, all these actions of yours are unerring. In those who do not offer true worship, neither the wondrous nor the divine is seen. Deceits follow those who speak falsehoods; no secret remains hidden from your knowledge.
Addressing Mitra and Varuna as powerful and wise ('bulls'), the stanza asserts that all their actions and chosen followers are unerring.
