यस्ति॒ग्मशृ॑ङ्गो वृष॒भो न भी॒म एकः॑ कृ॒ष्टीश्च्या॒वय॑ति॒ प्र विश्वाः॑ | यः शश्व॑तो॒ अदा॑शुषो॒ गय॑स्य प्रय॒न्तासि॒ सुष्वि॑तराय॒ वेदः॑ ||
yás tigmáśr̥ṅgo vr̥ṣabhó ná bhīmá ékaḥ kr̥ṣṭī́ś cyāváyati prá víśvāḥ yáḥ śáśvato ádāśuṣo gáyasya prayantā́si súṣvitarāya védaḥ
Who, like a fierce bull with sharp horns, alone causes all people to tremble! You are the giver of wealth to the devout sacrificer, and you distribute riches to the non-sacrificer.
This verse describes Indra, who is compared to a powerful bull with sharp horns. He single-handedly overwhelms and agitates all peoples. Indra is also depicted as the provider of wealth, bestowing possessions upon those who offer sacrifices, distinguishing them from those who do not.

You, Indra, truly helped Kutsa, being attentive in battle. Teaching (wisdom), you subdued the Dasa Shushna and Kuyava for Ârjuneya.

nū́ indra śūra stávamāna ūtī́ bráhmajūtas tanvāā̀ vāvr̥dhasva úpa no vā́jān mimīhy úpa stī́n yūyám pāta svastíbhiḥ sádā naḥ
Now, heroic Indra, sped by prayer, grow in strength. Measure out strength and dwellings for us. You gods, protect us always with blessings.
The verse urges Indra, the 'heroic' and 'prayer-sped' one, to grow in might. The speaker asks Indra to measure out and provide them with strength ('vajanas') and dwellings. The verse concludes with a prayer to the gods ('Ye') to protect the singers always with blessings.
