Proclaim the three kinds of speech, which lead with light, and which milk this udder that yields sweet nourishment. As it creates the seed of plants, the newborn Bull loudly bellows.
This verse invokes the power of speech, describing three forms of it that are like a mother cow giving forth nourishing milk. These forms of speech, preceded by light, sustain and give birth to all plants and beings, represented by a vigorous bull bellowing forth its life-giving essence.

This entity becomes sterile, and then it gives birth. It has shaped its body as it wished. The Mother receives the Father's fluid; by it the Father grows, and by it the son.
This verse describes a dynamic entity, possibly a deity or cosmic force, that can be both infertile and generative, changing its form at will. It is likened to a father whose generative substance (payaḥ) is received by the mother, leading to the nourishment and growth of both the son and, by extension, the father himself.
