Stanza 7.100.1
नू मर्तो॑ दयते सनि॒ष्यन्यो विष्ण॑व उरुगा॒याय॒ दाश॑त् | प्र यः स॒त्राचा॒ मन॑सा॒ यजा॑त ए॒ताव॑न्तं॒ नर्य॑मा॒विवा॑सात् ||
nū́ márto dayate saniṣyán yó víṣṇava urugāyā́ya dā́śat prá yáḥ satrā́cā mánasā yájāta etā́vantaṁ náryam āvívāsāt
A person seeking gain never regrets offering to the far-striding Vishnu. Whoever worships him with all their mind, secures such a mighty protector.
This verse encourages generosity towards the god Vishnu, emphasizing that a person who seeks to gain favor or benefit will not regret giving offerings to him. By worshipping Vishnu with their entire being, individuals can secure his immense support and protection.

tváṁ viṣṇo sumatíṁ viśvájanyām áprayutām evayāvo matíṁ dāḥ párco yáthā naḥ suvitásya bhū́rer áśvāvataḥ puruścandrásya rāyáḥ
O Vishnu, grant us your good favor, universally beneficial and unfailing, and grant us your wisdom. May you indeed give us abundant prosperity, with horses and great riches.
The devotee implores Vishnu to grant them his favor and a wise understanding that is always beneficial and never fails. They ask for abundant blessings, specifically requesting prosperity characterized by abundant wealth and many horses, ensuring their well-being and success.

This god thrice strode across the earth with great majesty. May Vishnu be superior to the mighty; for glorious is his name, that is enduring.

Vishnu strode across the earth, making it a territory for Manu. His steadfast followers, the people, perform service. He, noble and with good origin, made spacious dwellings.
This verse describes Vishnu's expansive stride, stating he traversed the earth for the sake of establishing a dwelling place for Manu, the first man. It highlights that reliable followers and people trust in Vishnu for security, and he, being noble and well-born, has created spacious homes for them.

I praise today your name, O Ṣipiviṣṭa, noble one, I who know the ways. I call upon you, powerful and yet to be surpassed, the dweller in the far reaches of this region.
The devotee, acknowledging Vishnu's presence and knowledge, praises his name and attributes today. As someone skilled in divine knowledge, the devotee sings of Vishnu's name, calling him noble. They also praise Vishnu as immensely powerful, who resides far away in the vast expanse of the universe.

kím ít te viṣṇo paricákṣyam bhūt prá yád vavakṣé śipiviṣṭó asmi mā́ várpo asmád ápa gūha etád yád anyárūpaḥ samithé babhū́tha
What was blameworthy in you, O Vishnu, when you declared 'I am Ṣipiviṣṭa'? Do not hide this form from us, which you wore as a different form in the assembly/battle.
The devotee questions Vishnu about why he concealed his form when he declared himself to be Ṣipiviṣṭa. They ask him not to hide this form from them, implying that Vishnu had previously appeared in a different form, perhaps during a battle.
