Stanza 6.64.1

उदु॑ श्रि॒य उ॒षसो॒ रोच॑माना॒ अस्थु॑र॒पां नोर्मयो॒ रुश॑न्तः | कृ॒णोति॒ विश्वा॑ सु॒पथा॑ सु॒गान्यभू॑दु॒ वस्वी॒ दक्षि॑णा म॒घोनी॑ ||

úd u śriyá uṣáso rócamānā ásthur apā́ṁ nórmáyo rúśantaḥ kr̥ṇóti víśvā supáthā sugā́ny ábhūd u vásvī dákṣiṇā maghónī

The glorious Dawns, shining brightly like waves of water, have risen. She creates all paths to be good and easy to traverse, proving herself to be rich and generous.

Stanza 6.64.2

भ॒द्रा द॑दृक्ष उर्वि॒या वि भा॒स्युत्ते॑ शो॒चिर्भा॒नवो॒ द्याम॑पप्तन् | आ॒विर्वक्षः॑ कृणुषे शु॒म्भमा॒नोषो॑ देवि॒ रोच॑माना॒ महो॑भिः ||

bhadrā́ dadr̥kṣa urviyā́ ví bhāsy út te śocír bhānávo dyā́m apaptan āvír vákṣaḥ kr̥ṇuṣe śumbhámānóṣo devi rócamānā máhobhiḥ

We see you are good; your radiance shines far. Your bright lights have ascended to the sky. Adorning yourself, you make your form visible, O Goddess Dawn, shining with great magnificence.

Stanza 6.64.3

वह॑न्ति सीमरु॒णासो॒ रुश॑न्तो॒ गावः॑ सु॒भगा॑मुर्वि॒या प्र॑था॒नाम् | अपे॑जते॒ शूरो॒ अस्ते॑व॒ शत्रू॒न्बाध॑ते॒ तमो॑ अजि॒रो न वोळ्हा॑ ||

váhanti sīm aruṇā́so rúśanto gā́vaḥ subhágām urviyā́ prathānā́m ápejate śū́ro ásteva śátrūn bā́dhate támo ajiró ná vóḷhā

The red and shining cows (rays of light) carry her, the blessed one who spreads across the vastness. Like a brave archer, she moves forward, and like a swift warrior, she repels enemies and darkness.

Stanza 6.64.4

सु॒गोत ते॑ सु॒पथा॒ पर्व॑तेष्ववा॒ते अ॒पस्त॑रसि स्वभानो | सा न॒ आ व॑ह पृथुयामन्नृष्वे र॒यिं दि॑वो दुहितरिष॒यध्यै॑ ||

sugótá te supáthā párvateṣv avāté apás tarasi svabhāno sā́ na ā́ vaha pr̥thuyāmann r̥ṣve rayíṁ divo duhitar iṣayádhyai

Your paths are easy on the mountains; O self-luminous one, you cross the waters. So, Daughter of Heaven, with your ample, spacious path, bring us wealth for our enjoyment.

Stanza 6.64.5

सा व॑ह॒ योक्षभि॒रवा॒तोषो॒ वरं॒ वह॑सि॒ जोष॒मनु॑ | त्वं दि॑वो दुहित॒र्या ह॑ दे॒वी पू॒र्वहू॑तौ मं॒हना॑ दर्श॒ता भूः॑ ||

sā́ vaha yókṣábhir ávātóṣo váraṁ váhasi jóṣam ánu tváṁ divo duhitar yā́ ha devī́ pūrváhūtau maṁhánā darśatā́ bhūḥ

Bring us wealth, O Dawn, with your team. You carry desirable things. O Goddess, Daughter of Heaven, you have appeared with your magnificence, beautifully revealed when invoked early.

Stanza 6.64.6

उत्ते॒ वय॑श्चिद्वस॒तेर॑पप्त॒न्नर॑श्च॒ ये पि॑तु॒भाजो॒ व्यु॑ष्टौ | अ॒मा स॒ते व॑हसि॒ भूरि॑ वा॒ममुषो॑ देवि दा॒शुषे॒ मर्त्या॑य ||

út te váyaś cid vasatér apaptan náraś ca yé pitubhā́jo vyùṣṭau amā́ saté vahasi bhū́ri vāmám úṣo devi dāśúṣe mártyāya

As birds fly from their nests at your dawning, so people rise up, those who have provisions ready. You, O Goddess Dawn, bring abundant prosperity to the liberal mortal who remains at home.
