Stanza 6.37.1

अ॒र्वाग्रथं॑ वि॒श्ववा॑रं त उ॒ग्रेन्द्र॑ यु॒क्तासो॒ हर॑यो वहन्तु | की॒रिश्चि॒द्धि त्वा॒ हव॑ते॒ स्व॑र्वानृधी॒महि॑ सध॒माद॑स्ते अ॒द्य ||

arvā́g ráthaṁ viśvávāraṁ ta ugréndra yuktā́so hárayo vahantu kīríś cid dhí tvā hávate svàrvān r̥dhīmáhi sadhamā́das te adyá

O mighty Indra, may your strong horses, yoked to your chariot which carries all blessings, bring you here. Even the humble worshipper calls to you, the divine one. May we, today, as your companions at the feast, prosper.

Stanza 6.37.2

प्रो द्रोणे॒ हर॑यः॒ कर्मा॑ग्मन्पुना॒नास॒ ऋज्य॑न्तो अभूवन् | इन्द्रो॑ नो अ॒स्य पू॒र्व्यः प॑पीयाद्द्यु॒क्षो मद॑स्य सो॒म्यस्य॒ राजा॑ ||

pró dróṇe hárayaḥ kármāgman punānā́sa ŕ̥jyanto abhūvan índro no asyá pūrvyáḥ papīyād dyukṣó mádasya somyásya rā́jā

The Soma drops flow forward into the vat, purified and moving straight. May Indra, our ancient protector, drink of this Soma, the exhilarating drink of which he is the King.

Stanza 6.37.3

आ॒स॒स्रा॒णासः॑ शवसा॒नमच्छेन्द्रं॑ सुच॒क्रे र॒थ्या॑सो॒ अश्वाः॑ | अ॒भि श्रव॒ ऋज्य॑न्तो वहेयु॒र्नू चि॒न्नु वा॒योर॒मृतं॒ वि द॑स्येत् ||

āsasrāṇā́saḥ śavasānám áchéndraṁ sucakré rathyāā̀so áśvāḥ abhí śráva ŕ̥jyanto vaheyur nū́ cin nú vāyór amŕ̥taṁ ví dasyet

May the swift horses, moving with great power, bring Indra to us on his well-ordered chariot. May they carry him directly towards glory. May Vayu's share of immortality never diminish.

Stanza 6.37.4

वरि॑ष्ठो अस्य॒ दक्षि॑णामिय॒र्तीन्द्रो॑ म॒घोनां॑ तुविकू॒र्मित॑मः | यया॑ वज्रिवः परि॒यास्यंहो॑ म॒घा च॑ धृष्णो॒ दय॑से॒ वि सू॒रीन् ||

váriṣṭho asya dákṣiṇām iyartī́ndro maghónāṁ tuvikūrmítamaḥ yáyā vajrivaḥ pariyā́sy áṁho maghā́ ca dhr̥ṣṇo dáyase ví sūrī́n

He is the most excellent, who stirs forth this (gift), Indra, the most active of the generous. By which, O thunderer, you remove distress, and, O bold one, you distribute riches among the nobles.

Stanza 6.37.5

इन्द्रो॒ वाज॑स्य॒ स्थवि॑रस्य दा॒तेन्द्रो॑ गी॒र्भिर्व॑र्धतां वृ॒द्धम॑हाः | इन्द्रो॑ वृ॒त्रं हनि॑ष्ठो अस्तु॒ सत्वा ता सू॒रिः पृ॑णति॒ तूतु॑जानः ||

índro vā́jasya sthávirasya dāténdro gīrbhír vardhatāṁ vr̥ddhámahāḥ índro vr̥tráṁ hániṣṭho astu sátvā́ tā́ sūríḥ pr̥ṇati tū́tujānaḥ

Indra is the giver of enduring strength. May Indra grow through our praises, he of great might. May Indra be the best slayer of Vritra. This prince, with joyful effort, fulfills.
