Stanza 5.66.1
आ चि॑कितान सु॒क्रतू॑ दे॒वौ म॑र्त रि॒शाद॑सा | वरु॑णाय ऋ॒तपे॑शसे दधी॒त प्रय॑से म॒हे ||
ā́ cikitāna sukrátū devaú marta riśā́dasā váruṇāya r̥tápeśase dadhītá práyase mahé
O wise mortals, invoke the two divine beings, the powerful destroyers of foes! For Varuna, whose form is righteousness, offer sacrifices for His great pleasure.
This verse calls upon wise mortals to invoke the two divine beings, who are powerful and destroy foes. It instructs them to offer sacrifices and perform rituals for the great delight of Varuna, the upholder of cosmic order and divine law.

ता हि क्ष॒त्रमवि॑ह्रुतं स॒म्यग॑सु॒र्य१॒॑माशा॑ते | अध॑ व्र॒तेव॒ मानु॑षं॒ स्व१॒॑र्ण धा॑यि दर्श॒तम् ||
tā́ hí kṣatrám ávihrutaṁ samyág asuryàm ā́śāte ádha vratéva mā́nuṣaṁ svàr ṇá dhāyi darśatám
For they have obtained firm dominion and full divine power. Indeed, like the cosmic order, the human world has been established and made to shine brightly.
These two divine beings have achieved unwavering dominion and complete divine power. Just as cosmic laws govern the world, so too has the human realm been established, appearing as radiant and well-ordered.

Therefore, we invoke you, O deities, so that our chariots may advance with great speed through vast spaces, following the praise of Rātahavya with his hymns.
The speaker expresses a desire to be associated with these divine beings, praising them with hymns. They wish for their own chariots to advance rapidly, covering vast distances, in accordance with the praise offered by Rātahavya.

And indeed, O wondrous ones, you two reveal your great powers with wisdom and by the insight of men, with pure understanding.

This is the great cosmic order, O Earth! It is for the Rishis' fame and progress that we invoke you. You two, wide and vast, are ready to flow abundantly with your powers.
This verse acknowledges the great cosmic order (Ritam) of the Earth and its expansive nature. It states that this order is meant to aid the Rishis (seers) in their efforts towards fame and spiritual progress. The two divine beings are ready to help, and they flow abundantly with their powers.

O Mitra and Varuna, with your far-reaching sight, may we and the worshippers strive to reach your most spacious and well-guarded dominion.
Addressing the divine twins, Mitra and Varuna, the speaker expresses a desire for themselves and other worshippers (surayas) to strive and attain their splendid, spacious, and well-protected divine kingdom or state of being.
