O Ashvins, twin heroes rich in treasures, I wish to welcome you today. May Savitar, the divine impeller, and Bhaga, who distributes the wealth of mortals, bestow their favor upon us. May we daily seek your friendship and invite you to join us.

Not for reward does Pushan give his desirable gifts; nor Bhaga, nor Aditi, nor the radiant Ushra. May Indra, Vishnu, Varuna, Mitra, and Agni, the wonderful ones, bring forth auspicious days.
