He does not turn away from one whose father, mother, or brother he has slain. The avenger accepts his offerings, and as a source of wealth, he does not turn from sin.
This verse describes Indra's power, stating that he does not shy away from someone even if they have killed their father, mother, or brother (yasyāvadhīt pitaraṃ yasya mātaraṃ yasya śakro bhrātaraṃ na). Instead, Indra, the avenger (yataṃkaraḥ), accepts offerings from such individuals, and being a source of wealth (vasvaḥ ākaraḥ), he does not shy away from their transgressions (kilbiṣāt īṣate).

He does not seek support from five or ten, nor does he associate with the non-sacrificer, nor with the one who does not prosper. The Shaker conquers or takes away. He favors the devotee, and grants him wealth in the pasture.
This verse states that Indra does not associate with those who do not offer him soma juice (asunvatā) or those who are not devoted to him (puṣyatā cana), even if they have many resources (pañcabhiḥ daśābhiḥ). The 'Shaker' (dhuniḥ), a name for Indra, conquers or destroys (jināti vā) with his power. He benefits (bhajati) the devotee (devayum) by providing them with wealth, especially cattle (gomati vraje).

This verse describes Indra's fierce nature in battle (samr̥tau). He is a strong combatant (vitvakṣaṇaḥ) who stops the enemy's chariot wheels (cakramāsajaḥ). He hates those who don't offer soma (asunvataḥ viṣuṇaḥ) and favors those who do (sunvataḥ vr̥dhaḥ). Indra, the tamer of all beings (viśvasya damitā vibhīṣaṇaḥ), powerfully leads the non-Aryan people (dāsam) as he wishes, to the benefit of the Aryans (āryaḥ).

He gathers the wealth of the miser, and gives excellent riches to the giver. Not even in a fortress can all the people stand, who have provoked his power.
This verse describes Indra's actions in collecting plunder (bhōjanam paṇēḥ ajati) from the stingy or miserly (paṇéḥ), and bestowing wealth (vasu sūnaramm) upon the devoted sacrificer (dāśuṣe bhajati). It further warns that even in strongholds (durgē), people cannot withstand (na dhriyate) Indra if they provoke his might (yasya tāviṣīm). He is the source of all prosperity (viśva ā puru janaḥ).
