manuṣvát tvā ní dhīmahi manuṣvát sám idhīmahi ágne manuṣvád aṅgiro devā́n devayaté yaja

We establish you, O Agni, as Manu did; we kindle you as Manu did. O Angiras, Agni, worship the gods for the sake of those who worship gods, in the manner of Manu.

Stanza 5.21.2

For indeed, O Agni, you are kindled with great delight among humankind. O well-born one, the ladles come to you in succession, (offering) ghee.

Stanza 5.21.3

tvā́ṁ víśve sajóṣaso devā́so dūtám akrata saparyántas tvā kave yajñéṣu devám īḷate

All the gods together have made you, O Agni, their messenger. Serving you, O sage, they praise you, the god, in the sacrifices.

Stanza 5.21.4

deváṁ vo devayajyáyāgním īḷīta mártyaḥ sámiddhaḥ śukra dīdihy r̥tásya yónim ā́sadaḥ sasásya yónim ā́sadaḥ

Let the mortal worship you, O Agni, the god, with divine worship. Shine forth, O brilliant one, having been kindled! You have taken your seat in the abode of Rta; you have taken your seat in the abode of food/herbs.
