May the true, wealthy one, Indra, come to us swiftly; may his tawny horses speed to us. For him we have pressed this potent drink; here, praised, may he come and visit us.

nū́ ṣṭutá indra nū́ gr̥ṇāná íṣaṁ jaritré nadyò ná pīpeḥ ákāri te harivo bráhma návyaṁ dhiyā́ syāma rathyàḥ sadāsā́ḥ
Now, praised Indra, now glorified, may strength swell for the singer like rivers. For you, O Lord of Bays, a new hymn has been made. May we be chariot-riders, ever victorious through devotion.
The poet addresses Indra, who is praised and glorified, asking him to let his strength swell like rivers for the singer. They have created a new hymn for Indra, the 'Lord of Bays' (horses), and wish to be ever victorious, like those riding chariots, through their songs and devotion.
