Stanza 3.13.1
प्र वो॑ दे॒वाया॒ग्नये॒ बर्हि॑ष्ठमर्चास्मै | गम॑द्दे॒वेभि॒रा स नो॒ यजि॑ष्ठो ब॒र्हिरा स॑दत् ||
prá vo devā́yāgnáye bárhiṣṭham arcāsmai gámad devébhir ā́ sá no yájiṣṭho barhír ā́ sadat
Hey, all of you! Let's really praise Agni, the god, with our best songs! May he come to us, together with the other gods. May he, the most excellent worshipper, sit with us.

r̥tā́vā yásya ródasī dákṣaṁ sácanta ūtáyaḥ havíṣmantas tám īḷate táṁ saniṣyántó 'vase
He is the upholder of cosmic order, whose power is embraced by heaven and earth, and whose might is supported by divine aids. We who offer oblations, and those who seek rewards, worship him, aiming for his support.
This verse describes Agni's divine qualities and his connection to the cosmos. He is portrayed as a righteous and powerful being, whose brilliance and strength encompass both heaven and earth. All blessings and divine powers are associated with him. Those who perform sacrifices and those who seek benefits are urged to praise and worship him, relying on his support.

He is the wise guide of these people and also of their sacrifices. So, serve this Agni, who is the giver and the bestower of wealth.

The singers, with their inspired thoughts and devotion, ignite and worship Agni, recognizing him as the chief priest (Hotri) and the protector of all communities (Vishampati).

And you, O Agni, the greatest invoker of gods in our hymns, help us! Shine upon us with peace and bliss, you who are strengthened by the Maruts and are the greatest giver of immense wealth.

Now, Agni, grant us wealth that is a thousandfold, with offspring and abundance! Grant us splendid heroic strength, the highest and the undecaying!
