सोमा॑पूषणा॒ जन॑ना रयी॒णां जन॑ना दि॒वो जन॑ना पृथि॒व्याः | जा॒तौ विश्व॑स्य॒ भुव॑नस्य गो॒पौ दे॒वा अ॑कृण्वन्न॒मृत॑स्य॒ नाभि॑म् ||
sómāpūṣaṇā jánanā rayīṇā́ṁ jánanā divó jánanā pr̥thivyā́ḥ jātaú víśvasya bhúvanasya gopaú devā́ akr̥ṇvann amŕ̥tasya nā́bhim
Oh Soma and Pūṣan, you are the parents of wealth, the sky, and the earth! The gods made you the guardians of the whole world, the very heart of immortality.
This verse introduces Soma and Pūṣan as divine parents who are responsible for the creation of wealth, the sky, and the earth. The gods have appointed them as guardians of the entire universe, making them the central point of eternal life. imaú devaú jā́yamānau juṣantemaú támāṁsi gūhatām ájuṣṭā ābhyā́m índraḥ pakvám āmā́sv antáḥ somāpūṣábhyāṁ janad usríyāsu
These two gods, upon their birth, are pleasing to all the gods. They banish the disliked darkness. With them, Indra brings forth nourishment, born from Soma and Pūṣan, from the unripened essence.
This verse celebrates Soma and Pūṣan, stating that all gods rejoice when they are born. Their presence banishes darkness and negativity. It's implied that with their help, even Indra can bring forth nourishment, symbolizing their power to bring forth good things and dispel what is undesirable.

This final verse is a prayer for divine assistance. It asks Pūṣan to energize their thoughts and Soma to grant them wealth. It also invokes the goddess Aditi for protection.
