ā́ te pitar marutāṁ sumnám etu mā́ naḥ sū́ryasya saṁdŕ̥śo yuyothāḥ abhí no vīró árvati kṣameta prá jāyemahi rudra prajā́bhiḥ
O Rudra, father of the Maruts, may your favor reach us! Don't let us be deprived of the sun's light. May your heroic presence be kind to our horses, and may we be blessed with many descendants!
