Now, let's praise the greatness of Vayu's chariot. It moves, shattering everything, its roar like thunder. It reaches the sky, creating red hues, and it moves across the earth, scattering dust.

The gusts of Vayu gather and move along his paths. They come to him together, like women to a gathering. The god moves with them on the same chariot, he, the king of all this world.

Moving through the sky on his pathways, he never rests on any day. He is the friend of the waters, the first-born, and the upholder of order. Where was he born, and from where did he come?

He is the breath of the gods, the germ of the world. This god moves as he wills. His roars are heard, but his form is not seen. Let us worship that Vayu with offerings.
