Stanza 1.93.1

अग्नी॑षोमावि॒मं सु मे॑ शृणु॒तं वृ॑षणा॒ हव॑म् | प्रति॑ सू॒क्तानि॑ हर्यतं॒ भव॑तं दा॒शुषे॒ मयः॑ ||

ágnīṣomāv imáṁ sú me śr̥ṇutáṁ vr̥ṣaṇā hávam práti sūktā́ni haryatam bhávataṁ dāśúṣe máyaḥ

Agni and Soma, mighty ones, please listen well to my call! Accept my praises and bring joy to the one who makes offerings.

Stanza 1.93.2

अग्नी॑षोमा॒ यो अ॒द्य वा॑मि॒दं वचः॑ सप॒र्यति॑ | तस्मै॑ धत्तं सु॒वीर्यं॒ गवां॒ पोषं॒ स्वश्व्य॑म् ||

ágnīṣomā yó adyá vām idáṁ vácaḥ saparyáti tásmai dhattaṁ suvī́ryaṁ gávām póṣaṁ sváśvyam

Agni and Soma, whoever worships you today with these words, grant them great strength, abundant cattle, and fine horses.

Stanza 1.93.3

अग्नी॑षोमा॒ य आहु॑तिं॒ यो वां॒ दाशा॑द्ध॒विष्कृ॑तिम् | स प्र॒जया॑ सु॒वीर्यं॒ विश्व॒मायु॒र्व्य॑श्नवत् ||

ágnīṣomā yá ā́hutiṁ yó vāṁ dā́śād dhavíṣkr̥tim sá prajáyā suvī́ryaṁ víśvam ā́yur vy àśnavat

Agni and Soma, whoever offers you this oblation and ritual, may they be blessed with offspring, strength, and a full life.

Stanza 1.93.4

अग्नी॑षोमा॒ चेति॒ तद्वी॒र्यं॑ वां॒ यदमु॑ष्णीतमव॒सं प॒णिं गाः | अवा॑तिरतं॒ बृस॑यस्य॒ शेषोऽवि॑न्दतं॒ ज्योति॒रेकं॑ ब॒हुभ्यः॑ ||

ágnīṣomā céti tád vīryàṁ vāṁ yád ámuṣṇītam avasám paṇíṁ gā́ḥ ávātiratam bŕ̥sayasya śéṣó 'vindataṁ jyótir ékam bahúbhyaḥ

Agni and Soma, your heroic deed is known: you stole back the cows from the Pani and defeated Brisaya's offspring. You found the one light for many.

Stanza 1.93.5

यु॒वमे॒तानि॑ दि॒वि रो॑च॒नान्य॒ग्निश्च॑ सोम॒ सक्र॑तू अधत्तम् | यु॒वं सिन्धूँ॑र॒भिश॑स्तेरव॒द्यादग्नी॑षोमा॒वमु॑ञ्चतं गृभी॒तान् ||

yuvám etā́ni diví rocanā́ny agníś ca soma sákratū adhattam yuváṁ síndhūm̐r abhíśaster avadyā́d ágnīṣomāv ámuñcataṁ gr̥bhītā́n

Agni and Soma, working together, you placed the shining lights in the sky. You also freed the rivers from their bonds.

Stanza 1.93.6

आन्यं दि॒वो मा॑त॒रिश्वा॑ जभा॒राम॑थ्नाद॒न्यं परि॑ श्ये॒नो अद्रेः॑ | अग्नी॑षोमा॒ ब्रह्म॑णा वावृधा॒नोरुं य॒ज्ञाय॑ चक्रथुरु लो॒कम् ||

ā́nyáṁ divó mātaríśvā jabhārā́mathnād anyám pári śyenó ádreḥ ágnīṣomā bráhmaṇā vāvr̥dhānórúṁ yajñā́ya cakrathur ulokám

Mātariśvan brought one (offering) from the sky, and a falcon brought another from the mountain. Agni and Soma, empowered by prayer, made ample space for our sacrifice.

Stanza 1.93.7

अग्नी॑षोमा ह॒विषः॒ प्रस्थि॑तस्य वी॒तं हर्य॑तं वृषणा जु॒षेथा॑म् | सु॒शर्मा॑णा॒ स्वव॑सा॒ हि भू॒तमथा॑ धत्तं॒ यज॑मानाय॒ शं योः ||

ágnīṣomā havíṣaḥ prásthitasya vītáṁ háryataṁ vr̥ṣaṇā juṣéthām suśármāṇā svávasā hí bhūtám áthā dhattaṁ yájamānāya śáṁ yóḥ

Agni and Soma, please taste and accept our prepared offering and our prayers. As good protectors, grant wellbeing and prosperity to the one performing the sacrifice.

Stanza 1.93.8

यो अ॒ग्नीषोमा॑ ह॒विषा॑ सप॒र्याद्दे॑व॒द्रीचा॒ मन॑सा॒ यो घृ॒तेन॑ | तस्य॑ व्र॒तं र॑क्षतं पा॒तमंह॑सो वि॒शे जना॑य॒ महि॒ शर्म॑ यच्छतम् ||

yó agnī́ṣómā havíṣā saparyā́d devadrī́cā mánasā yó ghr̥téna tásya vratáṁ rakṣatam pātám áṁhaso viśé jánāya máhi śárma yachatam

Whoever worships Agni and Soma with offerings, a devoted mind, and clarified butter – protect their sacrifice and protect them from sin. Grant great well-being to the community.

Stanza 1.93.9

अग्नी॑षोमा॒ सवे॑दसा॒ सहू॑ती वनतं॒ गिरः॑ | सं दे॑व॒त्रा ब॑भूवथुः ||

ágnīṣomā sávedasā sáhūtī vanataṁ gíraḥ sáṁ devatrā́ babhūvathuḥ

Agni and Soma, together in wealth, accept these hymns! Be present among the gods.

Stanza 1.93.10

अग्नी॑षोमाव॒नेन॑ वां॒ यो वां॑ घृ॒तेन॒ दाश॑ति | तस्मै॑ दीदयतं बृ॒हत् ||

ágnīṣomāv anéna vāṁ yó vāṁ ghr̥téna dā́śati tásmai dīdayatam br̥hát

Agni and Soma, for the one who offers you clarified butter, shine forth a great reward!

Stanza 1.93.11

अग्नी॑षोमावि॒मानि॑ नो यु॒वं ह॒व्या जु॑जोषतम् | आ या॑त॒मुप॑ नः॒ सचा॑ ||

ágnīṣomāv imā́ni no yuváṁ havyā́ jujoṣatam ā́ yātam úpa naḥ sácā

Agni and Soma, please be pleased with these offerings we bring you. Come near to us together.

Stanza 1.93.12

अग्नी॑षोमा पिपृ॒तमर्व॑तो न॒ आ प्या॑यन्तामु॒स्रिया॑ हव्य॒सूदः॑ | अ॒स्मे बला॑नि म॒घव॑त्सु धत्तं कृणु॒तं नो॑ अध्व॒रं श्रु॑ष्टि॒मन्त॑म् ||

ágnīṣomā pipr̥tám árvato na ā́ pyāyantām usríyā havyasū́daḥ asmé bálāni maghávatsu dhattaṁ kr̥ṇutáṁ no adhvaráṁ śruṣṭimántam

Agni and Soma, protect our horses and let our cows that offer oblations thrive. Grant strength to us and our wealthy patrons, and make our sacrifices successful.
