Hey Nodhas, bring a pure offering to the strong, masterful, and wise Maruts! With skilled hands and a focused mind, I'm crafting these verses, much like a wise person prepares potent water for sacred rituals.
The poet Nodhas is addressing the powerful Maruts, a group of storm deities, urging them to accept a beautiful offering. He compares himself to a skilled artisan preparing water for a ritual, suggesting his poetic verses are equally carefully crafted and potent.
