Here's Indra, ready for action like a spirited horse! His golden chariot, hitched with bay steeds, is waiting. He's about to drink the Soma, getting pumped up for his big, powerful acts.

Like a rushing river drawing everyone in, praises and praises are flowing to Indra! People are eagerly heading his way, drawn to his immense strength and wisdom, climbing up to him with full energy.
This verse explains that many praises and hymns are flowing towards Indra, much like people gathering at a large body of water. They are drawn to him as the master of strength and wisdom, ascending to him with energy, just as people would climb a mountain.

He's a champion, this Indra! His power is immense, shining bright like a mountain top. With that might, he's just captured the tricky, iron-willed demon Sushna, and now Sushna's own schemes are backfiring on him!
This verse celebrates Indra as a victorious and mighty warrior, whose power shines brilliantly like a mountain peak. With this incredible strength, he defeats the wily and formidable demon Sushna, who is associated with iron and delusion, trapping him in his own destructive plans.

When divine power, boosted by you, Indra, comes to join you – like the sun following the dawn – that's when you, with your unstoppable strength, push away the darkness and joyfully churn up the dust!
This verse describes a situation where divine power, 'Tavishi', which is strengthened by you (Indra), seeks to join Indra. This is compared to the Sun following the Dawn. When this happens, Indra, with his unyielding might, dispels darkness and stirs up the dust with triumphant joy.

You firmly set up the sky's strong base, Indra, holding the atmosphere in place! And then, filled with joy, you joyfully smashed Vritra and freed up all the trapped water!
