Hey, I'm singing praises to the mighty Heaven and Earth! They keep everything in order and are super wise, especially when we gather for special occasions. They have gods as their children and, together with the gods, they use their amazing intellect to bring forth the most precious gifts.
This hymn praises the divine couple, Heaven and Earth, for their greatness and their role in upholding cosmic order (Rta). The poet expresses admiration for their wisdom and their ability, empowered by the gods and through divine insight, to bestow wonderful gifts and blessings. It's like thanking a powerful, wise parental unit for all the good things they bring into existence.

I'm also thinking about the father's sincere mind and the mother's great inherent strength. With these offerings, these divine parents have created this vast world and, with their abundant resources, have made a wide-reaching immortality for their children.
The poet reflects on the parents of the universe (likely Heaven and Earth), contemplating the father's unwavering, honest intention and the mother's immense, inherent power.
