म॒हः स रा॒य एष॑ते॒ पति॒र्दन्नि॒न इ॒नस्य॒ वसु॑नः प॒द आ | उप॒ ध्रज॑न्त॒मद्र॑यो वि॒धन्नित् ||
maháḥ sá rāyá éṣate pátir dánn iná inásya vásunaḥ padá ā́ úpa dhrájantam ádrayo vidhánn ít
He, the master of great wealth, advances like a lord. He comes to the place of abundance, and the grinding stones will serve him as he comes near.

He is a bull among men, and also a bull for the sky and earth. His glory is drunk by the living, for he has progressed and matured in his source.

He, with a double birth, has spread with brilliant light through the three bright realms and all the regions. He stands as the best priest in the assembly of waters.

ayáṁ sá hótā yó dvijánmā víśvā dadhé vā́ryāṇi śravasyā́ márto yó asmai sutúko dadā́śa
This is that priest, the double-born one, who has embraced all desirable things for glory. The mortal who offers to him is blessed with offspring.
This verse identifies the previously described priest (Hotri) as the one with a dual birth. He is the one who holds all desirable things and bestows them out of a desire for glory. It also states that any mortal who dedicates offerings to him will be blessed with descendants.
