Two beings, born at the same time, are trying hard, taking turns, to reach a beautiful form together. We should call out to them like a winner in a contest, just as a charioteer expertly handles the reins.
This verse describes two entities, perhaps forces or beings of similar age, striving together to attain a beautiful form or objective. They are working in turns towards a common goal. The verse then suggests that this goal, like a prize, should be invoked and celebrated by us, comparing the effort to a charioteer skillfully managing the reins.

This deity moves swiftly from dry land towards lower-lying areas. In doing so, the deity establishes new ways or rules, possibly inspired by or interacting with those who approach it.
