These two rulers, nourished by libations and praised at every ritual, possess a might that can never be challenged, and a divine power that remains unassailable.
This hymn is a beautiful invocation, asking us to bring our best offerings – our grandest thoughts, our most potent energy, and our sweetest feelings – to the divine twin deities who are always watching and ready to bless us. It's like saying, "Hey, you amazing beings, here's our absolute best! We want to shower you with praise and energy, and we know you'll protect us and keep us safe."

The wide path of Order (Rta) became visible, like a pathway laid out for the sun. It was maintained by rays of light, the very eye of brilliance. The steady homes of Mitra, Aryaman, and Varuna are fixed in the sky. From there, they bestow upon us great and praiseworthy life-force and strength.
This verse describes the amazing sight of the path of cosmic order (Rta) being revealed, as if the sun itself is showing us the way. It's like the divine gaze of these gods (Mitra, Varuna, Aryaman) is the eye that illuminates this path, establishing their presence in the heavens. They then bestow upon us great, praiseworthy vitality and power.
